SOUTH London trio Happyness have released new track Leave The Party with their self-produced debut album Weird Little Birthday out on June 16th.
The track is about going to a party and killing people and clearly reflects the band's dark sense of humour.
The album to follow is "not quite a concept album" that centres on a boy who shares his birthday with Jesus Christ and is eventually driven insane with jealousy.
It was mixed by Adam Lasus (Yo La Tengo, Daniel Johnston) and features Ed Harcourt's vocals on the track Pumpkin Noir.
