LONDON four-piece Swim Good are heading out on tour with Massmatiks in support of their self-titled debut EP, out now on Failure By Design Records.
The alt-rockers are no strangers to the road having shared the stage with the likes of Don Broco, Blitz Kids, Hildamay, Arcane Roots and This Town Needs Guns in recent times.
Bassist Curtis Sharkey said: "It all got to a point recently where we had to reel it back in and sort of take a breather. We all had various things in our professional and personal lives to sort out before we could put as much into the band as we wanted to."
A year or so on, the band were approached by Failure By Design, who were keen to release the EP.
Guitarist Dan Twining said: "Above all, getting together again re-affirmed what Swim Good was supposed to be about in the first place: friends playing music for friends.
"Rather than focusing on trying to be a huge band and making a living out of playing our music, we're just enjoying the songwriting and playing together live more than ever, which I think comes across in our energy on stage."
