Almight Rhombus release raucous new video

THE ALMIGHTY RHOMBUS - HOUSE BURNS DOWN (OFFICIAL VIDEO) from MotionArc Studios on Vimeo.

GARAGE pop outfit The Almighty Rhombus have released a video for their song House Burns Down.

And the band have been in touch to tell RealSoundsOK a little about the promo. They said: "The video is an all out, fist swingin’, bottle-smashin’, hair pullin’, elbow dropping barroom brawl that channels the aggressive nature of the song perfectly.

"Filming such a fight was no easy task; our lovely friends over at Motion Arc studios brought everything from fight choreographers to fog wafters in their crew to add some method to all the madness. This will be the best video you watch this week. I guarantee it."

The band say the track is the heaviest on their new album Lucid Living, adding that it "smacks you in the face with a screaming guitar riff, a driving drum beat, and pummeling bass tone that feels like its getting ready to blast off into space. All these elements lie underneath slightly distorted vocals that sound like they were recorded through a broken guitar amp (probably because they were)."

You can check out the video for House Burns Down above and you can listen to the album below.
