Feast Of Friends Q&A

Your name:
Feast Of Friends

Where are you from?

West Midlands, England.

Who is in your band?

We prefer to stay anonymous.

How would you describe yourselves?

Big guitars. Big drums. Dark lyrics that reflect life and its trials. We called our latest EP a "Gothic Romance" which seemed apt.

Who are your main influences musically?

Rocket From The Crypt, Alice In Chains, The Cult, Sisters Of Mercy, The Doors.

What do you hope to achieve in music?

We want to establish Feast Of Friends as a brand to rival Starbucks or Pepsi, but instead of overpriced beverages, we want the Feast Of Friends brand to represent music of quality and distinction.

What has been the highlight of your career so far, and why?

Releasing our first album. It was a lot of hard work but a very rewarding and addictive process.

And what’s the moment you want to forget?
None, so far...

If you could choose one of your songs as an advert for your music, what would it be and why?

The last song on our debut album, Disappointments. The previous tracks were all up-tempo numbers but Disappointments is where we slowed the pace down and used the power of words instead of guitar riffs. We are very proud of the lyrics in that track.
Where can we find out more about your music?
Our official site: http://fof-music.com/
Spotify: Feast of Friends

Anything else you’d like to say about your band that I forgot to ask? We just released our new EP called The Passion. If you like The Sisters Of Mercy, The Mission, Danzig, The Cult then we think you will like this. You can listen to it here Feast of Friends – The Passion and if you like it, you can buy it here http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/feastoffriends3
