CANADIAN musician Stacey will release her debut, self-titled EP on December 5th.Stacey got in touch with RealSoundsOK to tell us about the album, which is produced by Alex Bonenfant (Crystal Castles, Metz).
She said: "The songs are where my devices are laid bare.
"Start minimalism. Waterfalls of cathedral reverb.
"Raw intimacy with the endless haze of sultry summer synth. Melodies rife with the delicacy of raw, unadulterated romance. Lyrics emanating a requiem for often unrequited love.
"Technicolor production with microscopic details. The sad ending sensual. A lot with very little."
Beautiful, and far better put than I ever could.
