Glasshouse Q&A

Name of band:
Glasshouse.

Who is in your band?
Rory Corfield (guitar), Austin France(drums) and Tim Keates (bass).

How would you describe yourselves?
A three piece rock band from Shropshire that smash you in the face with rock and roll, big riffs, half times and epic harmonies.

Who are your main influences musically?
The Bronx, Billy Talent, Thrice, Reuben, Max Raptor, Burn the Fleet.....endless really.

What do you hope to achieve in music?
We're all about playing live! We enjoy most of the aspects of being in a band but it's all done just to get gigs and play to people who love a rock out!

What has been the highlight of your career so far, and why?
We have just signed to new label Chase Records and recorded out debut single Moral Police. That’s been pretty exciting but we hope there are bigger highlights to come.

And what’s the moment you want to forget?
Van breakdowns, outrageous parking fees and not getting payments you were promised. They all fade away quickly though.

If you could choose just one of your songs to represent your music, what would it be and why?
It would be our new single Moral Police as it's our first studio recorded and produced track. It maybe not the truest representation of our sound but we're really happy with the result

Where can we listen to it?

Where can we find out more about your music?

Anything else you’d like to say about your band that I forgot to ask?
This is just our first release and we have many plans under way for future shows and releases. Please check us out live if you can as that's where we thrive!
