The D.O.T. back with more Blood, Sweat and Tears

THERE'S something exciting about two musicians who have glimpsed the giddy heights of "the top" stripping things back and doing just what they want.

The D.O.T. are doing just that.

The duo is former Streets mastermind Mike Skinner and Rob Harvey, lead singer of rockers The Music.

They will be releasing their new album Diary shortly, but send out single Blood, Sweat and Tears on June 17th as a taster.

In characteristic fashion for a band that have become known for constant updates of their innovative online diaries with new music and videos, they will be seeding short clips of the upcoming video for the track through their website, featuring a modern day Jesus Christ going through an updated Via Dolorosa of sorts that is more in tune with our times.

With no need to conform to a specific style, or satisfy a record label’s scheduling demands, there gradually evolved the sound you hear now in their second album.

Here's the first video short  for Blood, Sweat and Tears...
