Farewell Davidson Q&A

Your names:
Ryan Wiles (Guitar, Vox), Zac Liberty (Lead guitar, Backing vox), Alex Claro (Bass) and Victor Antunes (Drums, Backing vox).

Where are you from?

We're from Canada's capital city, Ottawa.

Name of band:
Farewell Davidson.

How would you describe yourselves?
A bunch of passionate young lads, trying to create worthwhile, fun music.

Who are your main influences musically?
We are mostly influenced by bands like: Tokyo Police Club, Kings of Leon, Band of Skulls and Jack White.

What do you hope to achieve in music?
We're trying to make meaningful music, hopefully tour with bigger bands and hopefully make it to the UK one day.

What has been the highlight of your career so far, and why?
We're in the middle of a tour in southern Ontario and Quebec at the moment called the Home Away From Home Tour and that's been new and exciting for us. Not to mention the benefits of getting our name out there.

And what’s the moment you want to forget?
Empty shows and and line up changes...

If you had to choose just one of your songs to represent your music, what would it be and why?
Out of the songs we have recorded it would definitely be Open Heart Surgery off our first six song EP Hometown Lights. Its a blend of indie, alternative and pop and usually that's what we're going for.

Where can we listen to it?
