First release from Counting Days

HARDCORE supergroup Counting Days have released their first track Life And Death.

The London-based band - featuring members past and present of Heights, TRC, Architects, Last Witness, More Than Life, Prowler, Rough Hands, Life And Limb and more - also plan to release an EP later this year.

Guitarist Charlie Wilson said: "Shooting the Life And Death video was a tick of the heavy metal bucket list. I had always dreamed of shooting a music video in a grand church ever since I started playing in bands.

"When we wrote Life And Death, we knew that was the one for it and when we saw St Bartholomew's Church, we knew we had found the perfect setting.

"We're stoked that the stars finally aligned when they did and we could get this project off the ground with all the right guys."

Counting Days also features Thomas Debaere on vocals, Bobby Daniels on guitar, Alex Dench on bass and Lasselle Lewis on drums.
