The Undecided Majors Q&A

Your name:
Scott McCauley.

Where are you from?:
Destin, Florida, United States.

Name of band:
The Undecided Majors.

Who is in your band?:
Scott McCauley - Bass/Lead Vocals
Jake Fenton - Drums
Orilious Banks III - Lead Guitar/Backing Vocals
Jonathan Pharr - Rhythm Guitar

How would you describe yourselves?:
We are just some college kids who don't want that 'normal' career. We relate to other kids in college who are undecided with their lives and their careers and expressing it through our music.

Who are your main influences musically?:
Our main influences are All Time Low, Blink-182, All American Rejects, Foo Fighters, and Third Eye Blind.

What do you hope to achieve in music?:
We hope to achieve what Blink-182 has achieved or what Foo Fighters have achieved through their careers. We also hope to inspire others in college to follow their dreams and not to conform to the major they do not want.

What has been the highlight of your career so far, and why?:
There have been many highlights in our career, but the one that out did them all was when we were featured in the line-up of DeLuna Festival with artists such as Foo Fighters, Zac Brown Band, Florence +The Machine, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.

And what’s the moment you want to forget?:
We don't want to forget anything we have done because everything that has happened has helped us become the people and band we are today.

If you could choose just one of your songs to represent your music, what would it be and why?:
Probably our song 'No One Else'. It's a little heavier than our other stuff, and it's more of what we are starting to go for with our sound.

Where can we listen to it?:
You can listen to our songs on reverbnation. http://www.reverbnation.com/undecidedmajors

Where can we find out more about your music?:
Anything else you’d like to say about your band that I forgot to ask?:
Yeah, we are really looking forward to hopefully future European tours to connect more on a personal level with our fans over there!
